NEWS April 2007 Mark is currently in rehearsals for the musical, "We Will Rock You," where he serves as Music Director/Conductor, and recently joined the cast playing the role of Khoshaggi. ![]() The Jedlicka Performing Arts
Center presents the Midwest Premiere of WE WILL ROCK YOU,
the smash-hit musical based on the music of QUEEN. This will
mark the first American production of the musical outside of
the official Las Vegas production, which closed in early 2006.
This show has been a triumphant success since its debut in London's
West End in 2002, where it has been extended indefinitely due
to popular demand. April 2006 Mark was recently
a part of the cast of Miss Saigon, the Chicago premiere,
at the Jedlicka Performing Arts Center in Cicero. This is Mark's
first appearance at the Set in 1975 during the final days of the American occupation of Saigon, Miss Saigon is an epic love story about the relationship between Chris, an American GI and Kim, a young Vietnamese woman. Mark is a member of the ensemble as the Assistant Commissar, among other roles. On two nights, he performed the role of Thuy, who is arranged to be married to Kim.
